How do I use this Uniden Bearcat Scanner?
I have a little handheld scanner, and I want to know how to tune into police frequencies. Here are my areas Californial Highway Patrols numbers, and I dont know how to put them in to do it. All I can get is weather.

Read the owner’s manual for directions. If you don’t have a manual go to the uniden website. You can find it by googling it.
