How do you know if your dvd is bootleg?

How do you know if your dvd is bootleg?

I purchased a snow white dvd. I’m pretty sure the case and inserts aren’t the originals but the dvd looks real enough. It even has the barcode on the inside rim of the disc. Is there anything else I should look for? Do you think this is the real movie?
How do I know if it’s a burned copy?
I wanted to resell it but now I don’t know if I should.

Sometimes the bootleg ones don’t have the special features and language options.

But as long as it works…whats the biggie?

It’s awfully hard to tell if the pirates go to any length to look legitimate. Where did you buy it? Wal-mart and Target both take precautions (so they say) to ensure that their DVDs are legit.

It’s a very good question, though. How do you tell?

The biggie, Jessica, is that pirates help fund terrorism, slavery, and heroin dealing world-wide.
