How do you print inkjet waterproof labels?
I have an inkjet hp photo printer. I bought vinyl waterproof labels, i’ve tried it on every setting (normal, photo, less ink), and no matter what the black ink smears. The color seems fine. I’ll try letting it dry longer maybe. Tried researching it, they say to run water over it then dab it to get excess ink off. Black ink still smears when wet.

you can not print run proof labels with an inkjet printer. to make it water proof you must burn the ink into the paper with laser printer or put a coating on the labels after you print them. but i have not had much luck with those labels.

You need to adjust your paper setting.
You should be able to select paper type in your advanced printer settings. If you do not have a vinyl setting, use a try a high gloss photo setting.
