RFID is an identification system, not a tracking system like GPS and does not track a person on a real time basis. It does help track a person by giving a persons location whenever the RFID is used. A credit card will do the same. A persons location can be traced every time they use their credit card. It means they were at this store, buying this merchandise on this date at this time. If you want to be anonymous, use cash.
