How much is my pc worth?
I know there are alot of variables but I’m just lookiing for a ballpark number here.

Specs:

HP desktop e9300z

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 820 2.80 GHz
Memory: 686GB
Ram: 8GB (0 open slots)
System: 64 bit Windows 7
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 5750 1GB
Sound Blaster X-Fi extreme Audio (2 speakers, 1 sub)
1 DVD RW drive
1 DVD drive

23″ HD LCD Flat panel monitor w/ HDMI input. (PC has HDMI out)

HP Photosmart C4700 Wireless Printer/Scanner/Copier

Installed software includes:

Microsoft Office 2007
Adobe Design Premium CS4

Any input would be appreciated.
Edit: No offense, but I’m looking for an informed answer. I paid 00 for it less than 3 months ago and have since added 2 gigs of ram and updated the graphics card from Radeon HD 4650 to Radeon HD 5750. Thanks for the guesses though.

Best answer:

0 minus the software?

$550-600 software not really important anymore when you look at the price. except the OS.

Well, you could custom build a computer with those specs for around $1,000.00 and have better components in it. Branded (prebuilt) comps don’t have as good of parts as custom comps.

The software is only good for 6mos or so then you have to buy it.

So considering all you would do good to get $900.00-$1,000.00 for it. Computers really lose their value rather quick. I would sell it as fast as possible if that’s what you are wanting to do. In a year from now it will be worth $400.00 – $500.00 and it will go down faster after that.

    Good luck
