How to calculate the selling price of a SAP (ERP) company in order to sell it?

The SAP consulting firm will have a revenue of millionin 2007 and the owners want to sell it. The questions is, how much should they sell it for. I don’t know of information should I gather and analyze, in order to answer the question. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Tks!
