I need to know how to decode the barcode ex: 99203938 the 99 stays still and the price is 39,38$, but it seems different for the BC lottery ticket does anyone now how to decode it?

If it was that easy, i don’t think the lottery would be as succesful as it is. And more people would be winning all the time.
