    I personally use cvision’s maestro recognition server. It makes less mistakes than other OCR software I’ve tried in the past. There’s a trial version you can download off their website.

    I met this similar problems too. I solve them with a useful OCR COnverter OmniPage 17. It helps me to convert PDF to word, and than edit on the PC freely.
