How to get Windows XP cd, my internet doesn’t work to download?

Blue screen that says UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME?
My dad this laptop from a friend, and it came with no cd. When I go to setup it shows the service tag number, but asset tag says NOT INSTALLED? do you think this has something to do with it not working? where do I find the asset tag?

I have an Inspiron 600m dell laptop, and I keep on getting a blue screen that says UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME? I don’t have the windows xp cd? what are my choices?

Can I burn it to a cd? I can’t access the internet what can I do to fix this ?

    Buy one. Also be prepared to buy a hard drive as that error could be drive corruption and may lead to drive failure. That is not definitive as, without testing, you cannot be sure the drive is going bad.
