how to scan barcodes and get product information instantly?
im trying to scan a barcode into ecxel and get all the information about that barcode without doing it manually? i am using a bluetooth scanner with a usb cord that is connected into my laptop.

You can’t get any information from a barcode unless you have some sort of database that stores the data that links to the barcode. For example, there are two retailers called 1 and 2. The stock that only 1 sells might not be identified by the barcode scanner in 2, but universal products that already have barcodes on them (like cans of Coca-Cola) can be identified in both retailers. In some cases, the barcode of a packet of chips in 1 might link to a can of soup in 2!
