How to track the scanned rate of a qr code?

I’m going to add a qr code to my advertising board. So is there any way to track the number of times that people scanned my qr code????

It depends on what the QR code says. If it is just details, then no, there is no way to track. However, if it s URL, the URL could be one which tracks how may visits it has had, then redirects to your main site. This however would not actually track how may people scanned your code, it would just track how many people went to the URL.
