How would I go about implanting an RFID chip in my hand?

How would I go about implanting an RFID chip in my hand?

My school uses a simple RFID tag system to lock and open doors. Basically all the students carry a key card that you hold up to the door and it unlocks it for you. I want to implant an RFID chip in my hand and program it to the code on my key card so that I can open the door using only my hand.

    Not a good idea.

RFID can also be read from a small distance (it doesn’t have to be right next to the reader) and there will be times you don’t want that.

Your school probably has readers on the entrance doors too so they can count and monitor who as students enter and exit.

I mean what if you want to ditch school or something, you won’t be able to just leave your card in your locker or let someone else carry it around for you.
