I am missing manufacturer’s label on my screendoor. Can’t identify the door handle it needs. How can I open
this door with something else that can be used as a knob or handle? It’s a metal or aluminum screen door with the interchangable screen window at the top. It is not new. I have a railing on one side of the door and I taped a piece of wood there so the door doesn’t close so you can open it with your fingers.

On some screen doors there is a sticker located on the edge of the door by the hinges usaully towards the bottom it should have a manufacturers name, model number and manufacturing date.

I Would measure the missing opening, go to home depot, orchard supply or lowes and look in the department with screen doors and measurethose until you find the one you need. My husband has fixed our screen doors. You may need to replace it and should measure the door opening. Good luck
