I bought a disnery ticket on ebay but how do i validate it is still good?

I bought a disnery ticket on ebay but how do i validate it is still good?
it does not have a barcode. it does have a set of numbers on it. do disney tickets have a way of showing you if they are good before they are used?

    Disney stopped giving info out on the phone to help discourage the resell of tickets (which is not only against Disney policy but also against the law). More than likely you have a useless ticket on your hands. If the ticket has ever been activated there is a fingerprint attached to it. If it is a FL resident ticket you must have a valid ID. also tickets expire 14 days from the first use unless the non-expiration option was purchased.

    NEVER EVER BUY TICKETS FROM EBAY, CRAIGSLIST OR ANYONE THAT IS NOT A DISNEY AUTHORIZED TICKET AGENT.

    BTW: Ebay or paypal will not help you in a dispute over the ticket since the buying/selling of Disney tickets violates Ebay policy.

    First, it’s against Disney policy and Florida law to do this, so I would never recommend buying tickets from Ebay. Second, you are right, you cannot tell by looking if the ticket is any good or not, so again, another reason to avoid doing this.

    However, for years and years they would absolutely NOT allow any ticket checks except in person at any resort Lobby Concierge or Guest Relations window.

    But Disney Ticketing has just recently changed policy and is once again allowing telephone inquiries to check unused days on tickets. Call 407-566-4985 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Press option 2 when prompted. Be aware that this availability could once again change at any time and may vary from CM to CM.
