I have an Lexmark 3300 series printer, and Window XP
My Label maker is EL 100 model by CHENBRO

    what are you looking to print?

    There should be an option in the software to adjust the print position to print in the exact spot on the paper.
    CTry clicing the HELP menu, and searching help for adjust or calibrate or maybe even print
