I need a blue print for developing asset management policy for a large real estate and construction company ?
I have been searching the web but all I get is professional companies selling their soft wares and beating their own drums . I need to introduce asset management culture through a defined policy in the company I serve , which sites would be helpful in this matter . Please help , I have to give a presentation on this subject in next 15 days ?

Your states real estate board will have this. You need to use them, as they keep it current to the present laws in your state. They will not charge you, it is part of your membership.
