If I take the barcode off an electronic and sneak it out of the store, is that stealing?
What if I take the product out of the case?
What if I pay a homeless person to do it? Is it still stealing?
What if I pay Michael Jackson to do it, can I have him arrested for slander?

Well, if you knowingly walk out of the store without paying for something, then yes, it is stealing, even if you hire someone to do it for you, you are still half responsible. As far as what you said about Michael Jackson, I don’t know what you’re talking about…

    All counts are illegal. And you couldn’t have MJ arrested for slander, as it is not affecting your character in a way that is against it. You are obviously criminally motivated, and need help.     If you knowingly stela it yes, if you take it out of the sase, yes you are, if you pay someone to do it both of you will be arrested,and if you have Michael Jackson do it(why is beyond me) noyou can not get him for slander
