if you go to a store and have them scan the barcode, what do they see? more details inside.?
so, last wednesday i bought some shoes and they were expensive and i thought the lady put the receipt in the box. now there is a small tear in the shoes and i want to take them back to the store and so i looked everywhere for the slip and i cannot find it anywhere. if i take the box to the store and have them scan it can they tell when the last time it was scanned or that it was purchased at that store?
i payed with cash.. :[

they can but you cant return it without tags and receipts. they wont take it.

    I think they should be able to remember you if you tell them what day you came in to get the shoes. Also did you pay by credit card or eftpos and can you get the details of the transaction as a printout from your bank or something? Give it a go.

    And we look exactly the same hehe :)
