Im Confused About My Ticket?
My grandpa did everything with my ticket, bought it and all that. He emailed the info. to me and it says ‘scan this barcode at Delta Self-Service Kiosk to access your reservation’ but I have no clue how to do it and neither of my parents do also and my grandpa won’t be there, so what can I do? Plus, my printer isn’t working so I can’t print it out? Help??
It had the confirmation number and my ticket number in it; good news, the printer is working. I just printed out all my info, including two bar codes that I have no idea what to do with.

That email should also include a confirmation number (six digit alpha-numeric code). You can just write that confirmation number down, and bring it to the airport with you. Give it to the ticket agent, as well with your last name and first name, and they’ll be able to get your reservation for you and print out your boarding pass.
If that email didn’t include a confirmation number, you need to find a way to print it out and bring it to the airport.

in recent years they have tried to make flying much quicker for those to schedule online for flights. the Kiosk will be in front of the Delta check in. This Kiosk will allow you to check in and immediately go to the security clearance where you will go to your gate then board the plane. you just scan the barcodes and it will check you in. ive never used one before, but ive seen them and it looks much more simple. there are usually people to help you there and take your luggage, so it should be easy enough to figure out. plus, your parent will be able to help you with checking in, they just cant go past security.
