  Third interview usually means you are meeting with some executive. Usually executives like to think they are above interviews and will try to get you to talk about personal stuff, so a warning there.

  They will want to know more about why you are interested in the job, what you have learned about the company. Come prepared with “difficult questions”, like “what about my experience do you think makes me ideal for the job?” “what parts of my experience concerns you”. They will be impressed if you ask that.
