Is it legal to import Overruns or Overstock merchandise to the U.S?

I recently arrived from Bangladesh, Indonesia and Vietnam where I went to some factories where they are selling Overruns and Surplus merchandise produced for American companies at very good prices.
I bought a little bit of everything and I bought some Famous name brand items like Aeropostale, American Eagle, Adidas, Ferrari, and also some clothes that are sold at Wal Mart, Target, H.E.B that aren’t famous like “Delia’s”, “Faded Glory”, OP, etc….
I was personally there and I personally checked my merchandise to verify the Authenticity. Some of my merchandise has very small defects. My American Eagle polos have the label crossed with a Magic Marker, and the Aeropostale polos have a golden “dot” on the label, but they are all sellable.

I’m just a little nervios because it’s the first time I do this but knowin everything is 100% authentic MAKES ME THINK THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEM.
I literally bought some pieces for .80 cents like the Faded Glory and Delia’s t shirts and some others.

I searched that Overruns mean “Over-runs or what is more commonly referred to as Overstock; are simply excess stock created during production. Overstock is a production of excess during the manufacturing process. These are typically first quality stock with very little or no damage, like Closeouts. This type of product is becoming very rare as inventory control becomes more efficient through technology and software programs”

Do you think there will be any problems?
