Is There A Feature on PHOTOSHOP that Can Make a Photo look like a BARCODE?

Best answer:

No, however, if you take a photo of a barcode and layer it with the photography you can blend the layering options in a screen mode or something like that. Then you can go in and just digitally remove the lines you do not want.

You can use the dashed selection box tool on the tool bar, and delete the spaces in between the “bars”. So what you would have is your photo with slices deleted out of it. Just select a thin slice, hit the delete button, then move the slice to another point and repeat.
