Is there anything wrong with selling an item without its UPC code?
Is there anything wrong with selling an item without its UPC code?
I want to sell this box of photo editing software on eBay. It is brand new never been used still in the box, but the UPC is missing because I had to cut it out to redeem a rebate for the product. Won’t someone think it is stolen if they receive the box with the UPC cut out?
I failed to mention that, of course, I would say on my eBay item description that the UPC is missing.

As long as you let people know they will not be able to apply for any rebates, you should be OK.
