I tried to print a Label for a normal CD in an A4 sheet, but iam not able to stick that to the CD.

If you check the major office supply or computer equipment retail stores (or search the web) you will find sheets made for that purpose. They are pre-punched in the shape needed and are peel and stick for the disk. Also can use normal paper to make a sleeve insert.
