Maine Drivers License BARCODE?
Maine Drivers License BARCODE?
On the back of the Maine drivers license there are two bar codes. There is a PDF-417 two dimensional bar code, and then a code-128 bar code. I need to know what data is in the code-128 and how it is encoded-
For example, after decoding the bar code I have this as the raw Data: “1234567082313015801″ I can only pick out the ID Number as the first 7 characters. In the above example “1234567″ is the ID Number, I cannot figure out what the rest of the numbers are; such as birthdate, hair, eyes, etc.
Thanks in advance!
**I need to know this information for an Academic Project- I am researching Maine’s current security issues to enforce the idea of implementing the “RealID” in the US.
