step 1 multiply the 1st row by the first col. and add
16×180 + 10X275 + 8X355 + 12X590 so its the inventory time the wholesale price.

16×269.99 + 10X399.99 + 8X499.99 + 12X799.99 so its the inventory time the retail price for the first store.
