Micro Access Help?

I have built a database that stores information to record and track items in my companies warehouse, it generates barcodes but i cant seem to workout how to get the barcode scanner to enter the scanned data into the correct field, as this is running on a scanner gun with windows CE i have had to create a remote desktop into it and having to tap the fields is really hard (not to mention the people using it are a little daft) can anyone suggest anything that could help?

    Have done several Access routines, but doesn’t sound too hard.

    If you can, at least get the barcode information into the data base, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem to copy the information to the proper field and loop to the next entry.
