Miniature line by line scannersfor research: is there such a thing?
Are there such things as tiny scanners the size of a barcode scanner or less that will help one doing research. In my case there are a lot of sentences from a book of Aristotle’s writings that I want to transfer into Microsoft Word. If you know of a means of doing this I would appreciate it
Best answer:
Scan a page from the book in and then use the OCR function in Microsoft Office. I found it works the best.
