Need help with Rebate?
The instructions on my rebate are to “Enclose te following document(s): a copy of this pre-registration form, a copy of the receipt or invoice, and the original UPC code from the paper insert or product packaging taped to the rebate form”.
Im stuck on the UPC code. What is meant by ‘paper insert’ or ‘product packaging’.
Is the bar code meant? Theres a several of them. (On the package, on the product..).
Just what do I do to where it says “AFFIX UPC CODE HERE, TAPE ONLY!”

UPC code is the scan bars on the box the item came in. You know all those black bars that the cashier runs over the scanner and the price rings up on the register. It is on the box or packaging your item came in. You cut that out and tape it to the rebate form. Use scotch tape
