Need Urgent Help with Barcode Scanner!?
I have a Koxen Barcode scanner which is working through usb. When scanning code, it only scans bits of it. Ie, 5015862281370 comes up as 05283, but the number changes. What is wrong?

Either the drivers are set wrong, or the software is set to read wrong “format” of bar code.

Read it’s instructions and set it up right !

    Your scanner should have come with a booklet with many barcodes on it.

    Look for a “RESET” code or “Factory Settings” code and scan that.
