If you have the length of the individual labels and the quantity, LL*Q = L, where L is the length of the entire roll if unrolled (spiral length)
An approximation for your problem is as follows:
L = ?(D² – d²)/t
Lt/? + d² = D²
L = length of roll t = thickness of label d = diameter of core D = diameter of roll
Remember this is an approximation, the only way to get complete accuracy is through the use of calculus.
