please help with getting my weather alert working on my handheld scanner!?
I just bought a radio shack handheld scanner model 20-404. it claims that it has weather alerts from noaa and that the scanner should have some sort of alarm that goes off when a warning is issued in my area. i have yet to figure out how to turn this alarm on. last night during the night we went under a storm warning and my scanner did NOTHING! what do i do to make it work right? thanks!
