Plotter/Printer-Sticker maker- Vinyl?

Is there a plotter and a printer combo machine?
If so what’s a reasonable- middle of the road one available for medium to small custom sticker making? Not a cheap no name brand.

    A plotter/printer?
    They do the same job but in different sizes and/or ways.
    Plotters have inkjet based printing while printers can use laser or inkjet to get the job done.
