Possible java codes of fingerprint and barcode scanners?
I would like to ask a favor from you guys. Is a barcode scanner and fingerprint scanner possible in java?. . I am confused of my proposed system. . Maybe you could help me by giving me a sample java codes with regards to this hardware interfacing. . Best regards. .

You will have to get the API from the hardware maker, which would be specific to their stuff. There is no such thing as a “generic interface”.

Most bar code scanners are designed to output the bar code number in plain text on the screen wherever the cursor is. Extra programing may not be necessary.
If not (and for the fingerprint scanner), you would need an API that gives you control to that hardware. The API documentation will have the information you need to code for these devices.
