Price Embedded barcode in Quickbook Point of Sales?
Price Embedded barcode in Quickbook Point of Sales?
Does Quick-books point of sales recognize Price Embedded bar-codes. There seems not a system in the software by default. I need to know if there any add ons to get this function.
Thank you.

Not sure. Contact QuickBooks and ask them.
I recommend using a standard barcode package that interacts with a database. This will allow you to track inventory, shoplifting, etc. There are thousands of them, many very cheap.

The barcode is just another way of displaying a number. If you set QB up to handle your stock numbers, it’ll handle your barcodes if you read them with a barcode reader. (The output of the barcode reader, to the computer, is as if you typed in the number that the barcode represents.)
