Look up Mail Merge in the help screens for MS Word or another word processor. It lets you take a list of addresses and turn them into an address book, labels, envelopes, or form letters. It isn’t that hard to do, you just have to learn how. It does have too many steps for me to explain everything here though.

You will need to have your addresses in a table or spreadsheet, so if you have a printed list you might have some work to do to get it started. When presented with a list just typed into word, I change it to a table (save a backup copy before you try this!) by copying it to excel, and then adding a column that tells me what each field is (name, address, citySTzip (I’m in the US, I don’t know your post office’s system)), and then sorting it so I have each complete address in one line of the table, with all the names in one column, addresses in the next, cities in the other. Once it looks like that, go into mail merge and make the labels.
