Professional Cd Print Label?

Im looking to make lables for my cd’s of professional/industrial quality. Oh no, I’m not talking about dull paper sticker print outs that you slap on cd’s. Nor am i talking about monochrome lightscribe. Im talking about nice shiny and smooth designs that appear to be some sort of vinyl or ink. What can i use that would give me the same quality cd design that i would buy in a store? Preferably a home process.
