PSP faceplate (please dont ignore like my other questions that end up with no answers)?

my faceplate and screen cover on my psp are scratched. i have already concluded that i need a new faceplate. i have two questions.
[1] does the faceplate come with a screen thing. (the one that can get scratched – y’know, the one at the surface)
[2] do you know any RELIABLE companies that can replace it for me? preferably in europe.
Plz help.
If you dont know those then do you know if sony will repair it for me? (my warranty is out and the barcode thing on the bottom of my psp has faded.
(p.s. im 13 so i do NOT want to replace it myself. that would be an ABSOLUTE last resort. thank you
is a screen included with it? not the lcd but the plastic see-through thinger-ma-jigger on the surface?
i have seen videos on youtube and it seems really dangerous and risky

    surf ebay I know they have repair kits for the DS they may have them for the PSP. and if so maybe you can get your parents to change it out for you. lol I my brother does all that stuff for me lol

    dont do ebay unless the person you are paying form has a really high rank. you cant always trust them
