Question about redbox movie rentals.?
Am I a genius or an idiot? With the redbox movies there is a barcode sticker in the center of each dvd. Is it just me or do you think you could get away with peeling the sticker off the dvd, put it on a blank c.d. and slide it back into the machine and be able to keep the dvd? It’s messed up I know, I wouldn’t do it, but I’m thinking it’s pretty creative as a thought?

That is pretty clever but then i think the Redbox company would probably figure out at some point that the actually DVD was missing and then charge you for the actual DVD. Good observation

If you ask me, it’s pointless.. YES it will work, but the bad news is when you drop it in, they get put back on the spool. A human being does that and they will flag the bar code # and then your account will get charged a fee.
WHY do this when you can copy it for the very blank you’d be throwing in??
JUST DUPE IT!?!?!?
