Question about Wrecking Ball tattoo removal?

Okay so my boyfriend needs the barcode on the back of his neck removed in order to join the Marines. We bought Wrecking Ball to try before doing laser removal. I have a question about how often we are supposed to use it. On the box it says “only 9 minutes a week” or whatever..and the instructions say three times a week and 45 seconds each time. Well thats only 3 minutes. So are we supposed to do it 3 times a day, 3 times a week? Or is the box just dumb? Serious answers please.
Please, only answers that are relevant to my question.
Oh and I know it’s Wrecking Balm. My bad.

    I would contact the manufacturer or the entity that you made the purchase from. When you are done and realize the product will not work, contact some local specialists in laser tattoo removal. We were able to remove a bar code from the back of a client’s neck in 2 laser treatments. Each person is different but black in generally treats the best on light colored (not tanned or dark) skin.
