Question for the iPhone, iTunes & QR Code Reader experts….?

I want to buy my sister an iTunes album for christmas. I know that you can gift albums to people emails addresses but i wanted to actually create a QR Code printed on a christmas card and give to her to scan & download with her iPhone on Christmas day.

Can this be done?

PS: if you don’t know what a QR Code is…then don’t bother answering this question haha
