    1) The answer is “f”. The taxable/non-taxable key is used during purchases, not refunds and corrections.

    2) This is a trick question. EAS alarm tags are designed so that they cannot be identified by the consumer. They put this question in to weed out the people who aren’t paying attention.

    3) Top causes of shrink:

    1. Temperature (cold = more shrinkage)
    2. Moisture (wet = more shrinkage)
    3. Stress (high stress = more shrinkage)
