radio scanner to pick up cell conversations?
does anyone know of a way i can pick up cell frequencies on a handheld scanner? are there descramblers available?

I believe this can be done with a 900 mhz scanner. My buddy bought one and we would listen to the scanner in the background while doing whatever. Very entertaining!!!
