My friend is asking me wich one is more value, with spiderman logo or with barcodes ??

It doesn’t matter. The price is the same but a collector may prefer one over the other. The barcode are newstand editions and spider-man logo are direct editions.

They are the exact same value. The barcodes were needed for comics sold at grocery stores, bookstores, etc. Comic shops received the versions with art in the boxes where the barcode would have gone, art such as your Spider-Man logo. They were both produced at the same time, so neither is a reprint or second edition or anything.
