Sending off my Xbox360 off for repair to Microsoft?
Sending off my Xbox360 off for repair to Microsoft?
I talked to customer service for microsoft and they told me I would recieve an email about UPS info and such. I got the emails and one of them has a Barcode on it with addresses and all that and the email was titled “UPS Label Delivery.” I also recieved another email that says “UPS Return Notification” which has my shipping address info and the addess Im shipping to, and it also has the info about the item Im shipping to Microsoft and all that. When I talked to the Microsoft Agent on the phone, They told me I would have to print some things and tape it to the box. I know I have everything I need to send, but I was told by someone that Microsoft would send me a box to send it in, so do I provide my own box or will microsoft send me one? Im kind of confused, so Im asking, does anyone know this process?

Microsoft orginally did send you a box, however for some reason they stopped. You will need to send it off your self. Just make sure that you fill the box with enough packaging material so the system doesn’t get damaged during delivery.
