Services.exe terminated unexpectedly with status code 128.?
found the following error in windows 2000 that :
“The system process c:\WINNT\System32\Services.exe” terminated unexpectedly with status code 128. The system will now shutdown and restart.” this error comes in recently .
Please Help Me.

hmm,unfortunately seems your windows is getting f***** up.I don’t know about this specific problem.Google it and see what you find.If you don’t find anything ….reinstall win or try some windows fixers softwares

if you’ve never edited the registry get a friend to help you who know how to do it
