ive already asked a question 3 weeks ago on here,headline was something like”family court,6 bullies against me?”i hope anybody can take time out to read it to see what the picture is.My kids and me and going through anxiety hell at the moment at the expense of my own mother&her new found 5 month old best buddies who happen to be my ex to my kids and his parents.
Since i had my first childrens hearing on 5th may,i took my counseller along for moral support(never been to court in my life its scary)and of course my mother had an audience who all mustve thought they were all getting into the courtroom to basically finish me off(thank god they were not allowed)the fabricated allegations made against me by the 6 of them were shocking,disgusting and everything you could imagine to be bad/wrong/unlawful scum of the earth-i was it. what hurt me the most was my ex’s mother(suddenly on the scene from 2007)said i suggested giving my kids valium,then she said thats disgusting then i proceeded to attack her!!(we did have a fight but i was defending myself!)first offNOBODY knew what medication i was on,not even my family and how they found out was 1 of my sisters went through my private mail in my house without my consent. im on valium for severe anxiety 12mg daily by my GP to which im reducing. Another allegation that hurt me deeply was that my mother and my ex said that my 9 year old girl had siad on numerous occasions when they had contact that my daughter never wanted to come home cos she “hates” me.as much as im trying to keep this to myself to avoid it effecting my kids i had to discuss this gently with my daughter and she looked at me in disbelief and said”ive never said i hate you mummy,i love you mummy i dont hate you,why is grandma lying?then she got upset cos obviously she didnt understand.
4 days before the hearing i had an unexpected visit from the police asking to have a word with me,i brought him in my home,he asked if i was getting hassle from ex/family members i said yeah,he said well they had a call from my ex’s mother saying theyre”concerned for my kids”i knew exactlywhat their doing-police officer obviously saw my kids,looked confused and said to me”oh kids are fine”he had a good look around my house too so ive no idea what was said to him.he then said he now had to make a report to social services to which he said he had no worries or concerns at all for my kids&no referral to be made, and he left after 5 mins,he wasnt really interested in hearing about the courtcase although i did tell him i think they were using the law as a weapon. there was about 39 bulletpoint allegations against me as a person(more or less)of 3 were true which happened when i was 14/17(im now 32)the whole hearing my mother stared/glared at me throughout and my lord her eyes were full of hatred.i daren’t look at her back i saw at the side of my eye.i think my mother denied the abuse she gave me also(everyone told me she would)in my opinion looking at the allegations made against me i wouldve removed my children immidiatly from my care!and if i was that bad a person,i would be asking for FULL custody not just so that they were apparently”safe during the week but not at the weekends?horrific. im glad my counseller saw something after court.outside next to it is a pub/bar and they were all sitting outside knowing me&my counseller was opposite inside museum having a juice,we came out,they all turned round and suddenly all of them put on a laughter show directed at me of course-i dont know who laughed the hardest.we just kept walking,my counseller couldnt believe it,she kept saying how childish they were and small minded.thats nothing.
so ive now had to change my phone number as i was getting weird calls where the person would listen for about 1 minute&casually hang up and left there number on caller ID,it was the area code my sister to is in and i honestly think she wanted me to call back and maybe cuss down the phone so she could call the police and say i was harrassing them or something,so i didnt call back at all i changed my number.Now the sheriffs asked for a safegaurder/reporter to get involved and court dates been set for 16th june for final desicion(maybe) i even said to my lawyer i was willing to take a lie detecter test to prove anything but she said that doesnt happen.
is there anything i can do??i feel so helpless when all i was trying to do was protect my kids from emotional abuse& intimidation and my son being alienated as my daughter is everyones fav,i feel so helpless as a parent as they all portray themselves to be totally devoted,dedicated do/say no wrong people yet the only people they have for each other is themselves.everyone around me is saying its not about the kids,its about my mother & i and them being spiteful trying to gain control cos i stood up for myself finally so lost control of me.i have my OT and DW backing me up and my health visiter
