Breaking it down even further:
1A) Tracking packages inbound
1B) Inspection for damaged goods damaged during shipment
1C) Inspection for damaged good not damaged uring shipment
1D) Inspection/check in inventory-note wrong pulls-not size ordered..etc.
1E) Return authorizations/reorders of replacement items
1F) Check in inventory/tag/sku doublecheck
3A) Staff management pretty predictable..make schedules, plan work assignments, etc.
4A) Cleaning up
4B) Order Shipping Supplies
4C) Order Cleaning Supplies
5A) Order parts/supplies for existing material handling equipment
5B) Order new MH equipment
5C) Order new storage shelves/racks/etc.
5D) Preform scheduled maintenance on bar coding equipment, MH equipment, etc.
Well..that gives you an idea of the basics..plus a bit more. :)
