What are the laws for using brand name t-shirts, screen printing them & selling them with your tag?
I am starting a children’s t-shirt business. I will buy blank t-shirts and have them screenprinted with my design. Is it against the law to remove the manufacturer’s tag and replace it with mine?

it can be against the law but big brands won’t mind it as you would have to give them bulk orders with same price. your customers would find it very expensive. I suggest you keep the purchase bills else they might sue you for duplicating their designs. again when you remove the brand label it may damage the original garment.
it is always better business sense to buy it from manufacturer, he can give you better quality with low rates for bulk orders and with out any labels so that you can print whatever you want.
