What could be used to ‘laminate’ a printed sticker to create a bumper sticker?
I printed few stickers from my computer. Is there something that I could spray on the sticker in order to make it waterproof so I could use it as a bumper sticker?

Um. You could laminate it? You can buy home lamintors pretty cheaply.

Get some clear package tape and completely cover the “sticker” when you tape it the bumper. You can buy Duck Tape brand package tape at Walmart.
